The cases on the cards I purchased are damaged and for alsost 3 months, i can not get an answer, solution or money back. I was looking forward to building a long term relationship but can not get answers. Bad communication.

We checked the box with a video before shipping. Also were angry and frustrated because the box was damaged due to the violent behavior of logistics during transportation.
